The South Okanagan Real Estate Board (SOREB) reports that MLS sales decreased by 13% to 224 units sold in March 2007 compared to 260 sold during the same period in 2006. Total active listings numbering 1,643 for March increased by 23% from last March's 1,328 active listings.
